Camp: IRS choosing ObamaCare over taxpayers

House Ways and Means Chairman Dave Camp (R-Mich.) hammered the IRS's decision to push back next year's filing season on Wednesday, accusing the agency of favoring ObamaCare implementation over the taxpayer.
